Article 16 (Return of Downloaded Products)
Due to the nature of the sales format, we cannot accept cancellations after payment has been completed.
Article 17 ( Limitation of Liability )

Article 18 ( No guarantee )
1. Download products do not include media or manuals.

In using this service, we will not accept any support for the computers, communication devices, communication software, etc. used by the customer, nor any complaints regarding connections to various providers, and we cannot guarantee that the downloadable products cannot be used due to the customer's computer or OS environment. Please make sure that the product works properly before purchasing.
3. Customers shall acknowledge in advance that, when using the Service, the quality of the Service may be affected by factors such as the connection status or communication speed of the communication line, the performance of the computers and other equipment used by Customers for the Service, and the Company makes no guarantee whatsoever as to the quality of the Service, such as the uniformity, reproducibility, stability, homogeneity or conformity to Customers' expectations, or its suitability for a particular purpose, regardless of the foreseeability thereof.
