Account Membership Terms

1. account member registration (about)

(1) SHIRO RECORDS (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) provides various services (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) to those who have registered as account members on Ayano Tachihara Official Site (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”), a music data download sales site operated by the Company, including account member benefits (1) The Site provides various services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), such as information, purchase history, and a “menu for Account Members” that allows you to check your purchase history.

(2) By using the Service, you agree to and abide by the Account Membership Agreement (“Account Membership Agreement”) and the “User's Guide, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy” separately provided on the Site. Upon acceptance of the Account Membership Agreement, you will be registered as an Account Member.

(2) The customer is required to enter the necessary information when registering as an Account Member.

(3) If there is any change in the information declared at the time of Account Membership registration, Account Members are requested to promptly register the change on the Account Membership login screen. In addition, Account Members may cancel their Account Membership on the Site by contacting the Company in person.

 

2. Account Member ID and Password

(1) When you register as an Account Member, you are required to register your e-mail address as your Account Member ID. You will also be asked to set a password that will be required when using the Service. You are responsible for managing and using your password, and the Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever.

(2) Account Members shall not disclose or allow a third party to use their Account Member ID or password, or lend, transfer, change the name of, sell, or pledge their Account Member ID or password.

(3) If an Account Member discovers that his/her Account Member ID or password has been lost or stolen, or used by a third party, the Account Member shall immediately notify the Company and follow the Company's instructions.

(4) The Company shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of passwords by third parties.

 

3. Protection of Account Member InformationThe personal information of Account Members shall be handled appropriately by the Company.

4.Prohibited acts of Account Members and termination of Account Membership

(1) Site Members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following actions (“Prohibited Actions”)

a. Actions that violate or may violate the Account Membership Agreement or the provisions on the Site.

b. Actions that may interfere with the operation of this service or otherwise disrupt this service.

c. Unauthorized use of credit cards

d. Unauthorized use of Account Member IDs and passwords, or disclosure, lending, assignment, transfer, change of name, sale, pledge, or any other similar action to a third party

e. Actions that cause or may cause trouble, disadvantage, or damage to other Account Members, third parties, or the Company.

f. Actions that infringe or may infringe the copyright, privacy, or other rights of other Account Members, third parties, or the Company.

g. Actions that are or may be offensive to public order and morals, or that violate other laws and regulations.

h. Transferring or selling coupons issued by the Company or campaign prizes offered by the Company to a third party for commercial purposes.

i. Actions in which the same person uses or receives coupons issued by the Company or campaign prizes provided by the Company in excess of the limit specified by the Company per person.

j. Sharing an account member ID and password with a third party

k. Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate.

 

(2) If the Company determines that an Account Member has committed any of the following acts while using the Service, the Company may temporarily suspend the Account Member's Account Membership or terminate the Account Member's registration without prior notice to the Account Member.

a. If an Account Member commits any of the prohibited acts.

b. If an Account Member submits false information when registering as an Account Member

c. If the credit card submitted to the Company is not accepted by the credit card issuer as a means of payment for the Service

d. If there is a delay or default in the performance of payment of fees and other obligations

e. If we are unable to contact the Account Member by any means

f. If multiple Account Members are registered by the same person.

(In such cases, the Company may, at its sole discretion, choose to suspend or terminate the Account Membership.)

 

(3) Even if an Account Member suffers damages due to the suspension of Account Membership or cancellation of registration by the Company, the Company shall not be liable to compensate the Account Member for any damages incurred by the Account Member in the event that the Account Member falls under Paragraph 2. Suspension of Account Membership or cancellation of registration by the Company does not preclude the right to claim compensation for damages from the Company to the Account Member.

 

5.Suspension and Cessation of the SiteThe Company may temporarily suspend or cease all or part of the Service without prior notice to Accountholder in any of the following cases.

(1) In the event of periodic or emergency maintenance, inspection, or updating of the Site's system

(2) In the event of difficulty in operating the Site due to force majeure such as fire, power outages, natural disasters, etc.

(3) In the event that the Company deems it necessary to temporarily suspend or terminate this Site for other operational or technical reasons. 6.

 

6.CopyrightsThe copyrights to the information and images provided on this service belong to the Company or the information provider. Account Members may not use, describe, use, reproduce, distribute, or alter information and images beyond the scope of personal use.

 

7. disclaimer

(1) The Company shall be exempt from liability for the following

(a) In the event that an Account Member's e-mail does not reach the Company or is delayed due to a system failure, etc.

(b) In the event of destruction or loss of Account Member data, or suspension, discontinuation, or modification of the Service due to acts of God, acts of war, or technically unavoidable reasons

c When an Account Member incurs damage due to the Account Member's inability to use the Service

d. When an Account Member is disadvantaged due to the Company's administrative processing based on the Account Member's registered information.

(2) The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, applicability, usefulness, currency, certainty, operation, safety, etc. of services, information, and data sent to Account Members from the Service and sites linked to the Service.

(3) If an Account Member causes damage to another Account Member or a third party by using the Service, the Account Member shall settle the matter at his/her own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any trouble to the Company.

 

8. other special notes

(1) When an Account Member who is a minor orders a product, he/she must place the order with the consent of his/her parent or guardian, and the ordered product will be deemed to have been ordered with the consent of his/her parent or guardian.

(2) The Company may, at its own discretion, set the contents of this service, as well as the selection, posting, and deletion of content.

(3) The Company may change, add, or discontinue all or part of the contents of the Service for any reason and without prior notice to Account Members, and Account Members agree to this in advance.

(4) The provision in the Account Membership Agreement that the Company shall not be held liable in any way shall not apply in the event that the Company is found to have been slightly negligent, and the Company shall be obligated to compensate the User for ordinary damages directly and actually incurred. However, if the Company is found to be willful or grossly negligent, this does not apply, and the Company shall be legally obligated to compensate the User for damages.

(5) The Company may change the Account Membership Agreement at any time by posting a notice on the Site without the Account Member's consent.
